New modular design, each trap component can be purchased and replaced individually. Easy to assemble and nearly freestanding, requires a minimum of two guy ropes. This time-saving feature is a lifesaver for those who need to deploy many Malaise traps in habitats where trees and bushes are hard to reach. Can be set up without provided poles. Comes with all the loops needed for traditional installation: supported with shock-cord aluminum poles or hanging from trees. See video for installation.
